A. Hi, Add pulses and eggs for proteins requirements. Add milk and milk byproduct like cheese paneer khoya curd for calcium requirments. Add rice, roti boiled potatoes for corbohydrate requirements. Also add vegetables soups for vitamin and miners. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength
