#asktheexpert hey doc, mother of 4 months old baby girl.problem is my girl always sucks her thumb even in the night while she is sleeping she tries to get her hand in the mouth.we always try her not to do this then she cries a lot. pls tell me the right possible solution. thanks !

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. many times during the teething phase this can occur in children but do not worry it is a self limiting habit and gradually it will decrease and if the child is having more than you can give paracetamol also
