Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of sweat ,heat etc so , I would suggest to gently rub pure aloe vera gel on this part which will help to lighten up this dress your child in weather appropriate clothes give bath twice in a day. maintain good hygiene
