It is completely your choice after the age of two years if you would want to continue with body massage because it’s considered very healthy so personally I would say it till the time we do not put your child into the school you can do it it’s actually very healthy for overall growth of the child and secondly two glasses of three glasses of milk would be completely your choice that’s no problem
