#AskTheExpert Hello Sir , My Boy is now 2year old till now completed all vaccinations to him, now our paediatrician suggested us to put the second dose of typhoid injection, is it necessary to put second dose?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 2 years old and if he has received tcv vaccinations at 6/8 months of his age then booster dose should be given at 2 years

A. according to new guidelines there is no need to take booster dose of typhoid conjugate vaccine single dose be sufficient for the baby to have normal immunity . .

Dear ma’am second dose of vaccinations are given after two years of the age and yes your paediatrician has suggested you write this vaccination is it comes in a complete the course and doses are given according to the age so there is no need to get disturb or panic you have to get it doneWrite Your Answer Here
