#AskTheExpert hello sir, my baby is 11onth old.he is having cold and cough from last 15 days.i consulted dr for this but not get results..please suggest what I should do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steavfm inhalation h can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Give ultra D3 drops
