#AskTheExpert Hello sir! My 2 months old son has cold all the time. Especially when he wakes up in the early morning, his breathing sound shows that there is congestion. What should I do about it? He also has considerable amount of phlegm. Kindly let me know if I can do anything about all these. Thank you!

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it is the viral.inf of chest. Sneezing and cough is common in this changing wheather . So steam is a good that can be given to babies for 2 to 3 times in a day at home only . For severe cough asthakind LS and montair like medication can be given .
