A. yes for this issue so gas trouble in baby is common . give exclusive mother milk to baby . Avoid bottle feed and formula milk as it increases gassy trouble . Tummy time shall help . If baby cry then start drops gastica 1 ml . Colic pain is troubling baby mostly at evening or night . Start drops colic aid /meftal spas 0.5 ml for relief

A. hi it is normal don't worry just feed your child on demand. burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes. as you are nursing mother, eat easy to digest food. give massage to your child daily give Massage on stomach in clockwise direction with firm hands. move your child legs in cycling motions. maintain good hygiene
