Q.

#AskTheExpert hello sir/ mam... I have delivered baby boy by c-section before 6 months..... at the time of delivery I m 85.5 kgs....and now after 6 months I m 76 kgs.....I take green veggies and fruits mostly...... and I do yoga for half an hour and do cycling for 15 minutes...... but I want to loose my weight more..... before pregnancy I m 60 kgs ..... so please tell me some more steps to reduce my weight.... actually my tummy area is also increased so please tell me the solution

A. Once you build your stamina you can join some online classes like yoga or aerobics as it will help a lot in reducing tummy weight and over all toning of the body
