#AskTheExpert Hello Sir, Can you please suggest if a lactating mother can take Covid vaccine. The baby is 8 months old now. The mother is in India and we have either covidshield or covaxin jabs here.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. oin the current recommendation it is not advisable to give xvaccine to the the nursing mothers because the study has gnot been done till date so so you need to you wait still the new recommendation comes
