#AskTheExpert Hello,my son was premature and underweight (1400gm) at the time of delivery, next month he will complete 2 year but still he is underweight (11 kg). which milk supplement will be the best for him.

A. he is under weight now give weight gain food as potato sweet potato ragi Dalia eggs dry fruits nuts and seeds in paste or powdered form adding in milk and food items as suji halwa ghee butter cheese in moderate amount
