U She really walking is going to help and also ask your doctor if any of the yoga postures are going to help you can do squatting also on a ball but under the observation of a specialist in this area these are the only ways that you go for normal delivery when the child is an upward position otherwise you’ll have to go for a C section only if the complication increases or there is an issue so be prepared mentally at least one time for C-section

Author of questionGuardian of 0 children3 years agoA. sorry I am 9 month pregnant and my delivery date is 5th March but I noticed my baby very top and even Dr us saying that it will be complicated if baby doesn't come down . I do walking and chores of work too so I want to know what else I can do to make my baby down for normal delivery
