Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello. My husband and I do not plan to become parents. What changes or precautions do I need to expect as a woman in absence of pregnancy and does a man also undergo or feel changes? Do I need to boost my health with any health tablets?

A. Well nothing specially happens when it comes to health and there is no need to take any external or extra supplements. Breast-feeding and pregnancy does reduce the chances of a few cancers. Fibroids are also more common in women who don’t bear kids. But it’s not 100% that all these happen in every woman who doesn’t have kidsWrite Your Answer Here
