#AskTheExpert hello My daughter is very fuzzy. she don't like chapati. she only want dal and rice. she likes fruits , salad and fresh juice. sometime she want dry fruits . Is it good for her health not to eat chapati?

A. Give him a normal food in small amounts and in frequent intervals. Feed same food items (menue) continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another 4-5days. Feed with other family members. Give in separate plate to maintain personal identity. offer paratha, chawal roti, ragi roti, namkeen roti

Hi parents please make different dishes for your child like aloo paratha mix veggie paratha thepala bhakhri etc please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant senitizer
