#asktheexpert hello my baby is 5 month 8 days , showing hunger cues despite brestfeeding. Can I start little amount of solid in the form of boiled carrot and papaya? If so, how much would you recommend?

A. no dear. till6 mo th if age dont give top food,water. its has no advantage...docontinue exclusive breast feeding till 6 mlnth of age, yoh can top up with formula milk.
