Hi what are the hunger cues and sleep cues for 3.5 months old bany

A. hello expert my baby 3.5 months old can i give zincovit multivitamin drops he is not increading height. and also for appearance he is so small.. but weight 5.65 his birth weight is 2.68

A. hi mam , babies show their discomfort through crying ,yes it is hard to Know which discomfort is a child feeling . but there are some common signs and different crying through which babies show their hunger or sleep. so when a child feel hungry , you will notice some signs like smacking or licking lips move their mouth or put the things in mouth. but if a child is feeling sleepy,you may notice him rubbing his head or scratching his hair. irritability
