#AskTheExpert Hello, my 3 year daughter has slightly knock knees, is it normal? Will it be okay after grown up, I am little worried 😟

A. hi usually it alright by the age of 2 but as your child is 3 year old ,I suggest you to consult your pediatrician for once. offer homemade healthy food keep your child well hydrated provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day. maintain good hygiene.

A. Knock knees are fairly common in healthy children under the ages of 6 or 7, and are just a normal part of growth and development. The legs will usually gradually straighten as the child grows, although mild knock knees can last into adulthood.
