baccho ka first milk teeth 6 months ki age se le k 18 months tak ki age me kbhi bhi aa skta hai..
aap bacche k gums ko clean finger tip se gently massage kare isse teeth ko erupt hone me help hogi

please don't get panic about this matter because it is natural process
you can wait till completion of one and half years
please give daily sun light exposure
