also take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein rich diet

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and irregularities in periods after dilevery is very normal and still evaluate once with doctor and have more green leaves vegetables and follow a regular exercise and yoga routine.
