#AskTheExpert hello mam, my baby is 1.4 yrs old.. now a days he has started gnashing his teeth a lot. and sometimes hit others also, why it is so, is it normal ?

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist4 years agoA. Hi kids usually feel irritated due to itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth and they tend to bite over stuffs and grind their teeth to get relief from it .

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi, That's sign of teething. Give baby good teether in such case. Also rub baby's gums with cotton cloth dipped in cold water. This will sooth the baby's gums and give relaxation to him. Also give gripe water to baby during teething time. Try using Babyhug teether.
