#AskTheExpert Hello mam. mera c-section 10 Oct 18 ko hua tha ..mera tummy bht bahar aa gya hai like 6 months pregnant...jbki m bht weak hu...pls suggest diet chart... tummy kese kam hoga

Hello mam, Jab app theek se khana nai khate hai tab bhi weight specially fat increase hota hai n weakness bhi raheti hai Healthy diet lena start kare Har 3 se 3.5 ghante mein khana le aur ek sath bahut saara nai khana hai Khane mein jyada fruits, salad, sabjiya, whole grains yaani daal, sprouts, daliya , oats, ghehu, jowar, bajra, ragi yeh le aur sugar, namkeen, maida aur usse bani cheezein, biscuits, bread yeh sab band kar de Milk and milk products bhi le Paani 2 se 3 l har din lena hai Aur har roz 45 min exercise kare

A. Hi mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Do abdominal stretching exercise Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Take a good care of your baby It will correct soon No need to worry
