#AskTheExpert hello mam i just delivered my baby and completed 1.5 month.i want to redice weight.but my body get lot of tired and body start to shake if i dont eat in time.so pls sughest how to reduce weight.

A. as of now I would recommend you to take complete care of yourself try to focus on taking ample amount of rest and healthy balanced nutritious diet as of now you should not start any exercise or diet
