#AskTheExpert hello mam how will I increase my breastmilk. My baby is just 1month old. mujhe kaise samaj ayga k baby ka pet bhar raha h ke nahi. Utne flow se nahi ata h abhi kyuk baby rota hai fr upper milk Dena pdta h.Plz suggest something to increase my milk flow

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to try to have some supplements like Himalaya shatavri with milk twice a day it would be useful at this point of time of the child is not willing to feed directly that you pump the milk using a breast pump I would recommend you to try using PhilipsAvent breastpump #Parentyourway
