A. Hello Dear parent it is common for the weight as well as the tummy fat they reduce after a few months after delivery and you can start minor exercises if you had a normal delivery and six months after cesarean section do not worry about it slowly you will lose the weight

A. delivery ke baad belly fat reduce krne ke liye aap yoga or exercise or brisk walking as start kr skte hai.. take care of diet.. restrict sweet sugar intake.. avoid oily and spicy foods.. have plenty of water.. take whole grains sprouts salad..
