#AskTheExpert hello mam . how can I increase my breastmilk.. my girl is 3 months now . her requirements increses .. pls suggest some tablets because I am eating everything but it does not work

Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby As baby grows, her milk Sucking capacity increases and thus are able to take in more milk in short span of time. Also must burp your baby after each feed.
