#asktheexpert hello ma,my 6 yr old daughter had pubic hair growth ,is that common thing and I heard somewhere kid with this kind of growth may be affected with PCOD in future.please suggest me.

A. Nothing like that actually what happens is if the growth has started to happen in under arms as well as the area that is a sign for puberty for a child but your child is only six years old so I don’t think so practically that can be the reason you should get it checked with your doctor because having vaginal growth and such a small age is not good
