my son is 10 years old he has underarm and pubic hair growth....does he has hormonal imbalance

It is actually very early for a child to have this kind of a growth I would suggest you to consult your paediatrician one time if anything can be suggested for this but looking at the fact that these days even girls are reaching there puberty at an early age so nothing seems abnormal but yes it is definitely a little early
