#AskTheExpert Hello ma'am. This is Pavani. I'm trying to convince and taking folic acid & Duphaston. my periods are regular but this month I missed my periods. urine pregnancy is negative. Today is 5th day of missed periods. The duphaston will delay period??? pls suggest me

repeat pregnancy test after ten days..if still negative then visit your gynaecologist for medications for next procedure..folic acid and multivitamins can be continued

Hello ma’am Home pregnancy tests are not hundred percent so it would be better that you consult your gynaecologist and if needed go for a sonography or blood test confirm About your pregnancy and after that only you can be sure about anything and no medicine is going to delay your periods for any reasons so don’t worry about it
