Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidafnce regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine gfeneral you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

Hi Mostly irregular periods happen when there is a hormonal imbalance in the body so just advise you to consult your gynaecologist Shall advise you with some medicine that will help you in regulating your hormones and after that are going to be regular and proper
