A. pressure in the lower abdomen is normal as the day progresses the baby tries to move towrds the birth canal so the pressure increases... and the pain in th low back is also common as the pressure exerted by the baby is more. the vessels has low blood supply during this last stage so swelling occurs and pain increases... keeping walking tiny steps... rest for a while and be happy... u r soon expecting a good news. all the best

A. With so many changes happening, it is not surprising that many women notice sudden and unusual shifts in how their bodies feel. Vaginal, pelvic, or lower abdomen pressure is common in all three trimesters of pregnancy.
