#AskTheExpert hello ma'am I had medical abortion done on 8th june due to misscarriage.. I had my period first period on 29th july and its 5days now.. but still I am having heavy bleeding and pain.. is it normal to have heavy bleeding after abortion? will it continue for more days.. as normally my periods end in 4days

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. it can take time.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .
