Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should f be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the bvaby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Till the time your breast feeding you cannot go ahead with losing on to your weight because that way you will lose on to your breast feeding as well and also with a C-section delivery of women can start working out after about 8 to 10 months of delivery so you have to wait for that much time
