#AskTheExpert Hello Ma'am, Happy Doctor's Day.. Hope you are doing good.. I want to conceive and my age is 31 actually, I'm tracking my periods just to get accurate ovulation date but somehow I missed it in every month.. or should I use any ovulation kit?? could you please share your view/ suggestions

Leo MMom of a 3 yr old child3 years agoA. You should start trying after 3 days of menstrual cycle end and try it for a week alternatively from 3rd day to 10th day. Eat healthy and stay stress free

Yes I was just about to say that you should go ahead with using an ovulation kit because that way your dragon is going to be much more appropriate so I think you should go ahead with that mostly the period date the violation timing is somewhere around 10th to the 14th day after your last period so you can just try after 10th date to check for your ovulation timeWrite Your Answer Here
