#AskTheExpert hello ma'am earlier my periods were heavy but now a days its very light and last for 3 days only.so is there anything to worry abt.

A. No, there is nothing to worry about for that. As after delivery, there are many changes in the body. So just maintain healthy, nutritious diet and adequate water intake and once get your hemoglobin level checked

A. Lasting for three days is not a problem but if you feel that they have has been a decrease in the flow like in men’s decrease in the flow then it would be advisable for you to consult your gynaecologist one time as this could be due to some hormonal change
