Q.

#AskTheExpert Sometimes , I get periods with heavy bleeding and big clots, but painless. Is there any underlying reason for it? Also, i get heavy periods after 2-3 months of normal periods. Sometimes, I feel I get such heavy periods bcz of all the garam stuff I have. Or it might be something else. Please help!!

A. its better to consult your gynaecologist for routine check up and do all routine investigation required including thyroid and prolactin levels.and ultra sound to see increase in endometrial thickness.. weight should be fine

A. Not so.. You need to check that. I will suggest you to see your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for you as of now as doctors know our health n body well
