#asktheexpert hello, its been 6 months to my c-section delivery.What kind exercises I can start now?

A. since it is already 6 months that is no problem can start doing some moderate exercises start doing brisk walking yoga also take diet rich in protein less in fats and carbohydrates

A. U First consult your gynaecologist because the internal stitches take a longer time to heal so the doctor says that you can go ahead with exercise and you can start with mind and simple exercises for yourself but first you have to get it checked with your doctor ones
