#AskTheExpert hello I'm 30 weeks pregnant. Age 27 hight 5.4 feet before pregnancy i am 78 kg and now im 89 kg . I'm really worried about my weight gain. and my thyroid T4 is 13.14 . plz suggest me something about my weight and thyroid.
