Q.

#AskTheExpert Hello.I have 10 months old baby my milk supply is going down.i tried everything but still my milk is not sufficient for my baby.please suggest to increase the milk supply with out side effects to my baby

A. Oh can start raking shatavari kalp with milk once a day after meal and gave a glass of water after feeding and massage your breast towards nipple and eat a healthy diet and include fennel and methi dana

A. hi parent I suggest you take two leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily it is very helpful please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your daily diet please take daily sun light exposure
