#asktheexpert hello, I have 1.5yrs old baby. breastfeeding. I am so weak. I am not getting time to even eat sleep properly. How can I become fat?

A. hi it is common problem among breastfed babies. so don't worry please take healthy and well blanaced diet. keep your body well hydrated maintain good hygiene
