#AskTheExpert Hello I had a normal delivery in December month but now a days I had a back pain and my joints are also paining as I m a working woman I have to get back to work but I feel so lazy and painful during work time? How I can be energetic pla reply?

A. hi mom u should start brisk walk and little bit of yoga .. take adequate rest and sleep .. eat balanced diet foods rich in protein vitamins and minerals low fat low sugar

A. hello this can be due to calcium difficiency also and make sure to have vitamin and calcium rich food in the diet and also it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
