A. Hello mam, if the child is active and not falling sick often then do not worry much about the weight as many toddlers are slow weight gainer.: Give a healthy diet which include : fresh fruits and vegetables Protein rich foods like dal, sprouts, beans, milk, paneer, soya, curd, cheese, eggs and chicken Also give oats or ragi apart from wheat and rice Reduce the consumption of chocolate, chips, biscuits, packaged foods Add ghee to food prepared also use dry fruits

A. good morning I would recommend you try to work on improving the appetite of your child for that it is advisable to try to give food which will help to improve digestion and hunger like dahi ajwain ka Pani coconut water
