Give a healthy diet which include :
fresh fruits and vegetables
Protein rich foods like dal, sprouts, beans, milk, paneer, soya, curd, cheese, eggs and chicken
Also give oats or ragi apart from wheat and rice
Reduce the consumption of chocolate, chips, biscuits, packaged foods
Add ghee to food prepared also use dry fruits
