#asktheexpert Hello Dr. My toddler is having loose motions since 4 days now and is on sporlac twice a day. But there seems to be no subside in the number of motions. Should he be on antibiotics or will it be normal by sporlac itself. He’s having 3-4/5 motions a day.

Go for entrogermina That would be a better medicine for this age also would advise you not to give milk to the child till the time your child is suffering with diarrhoea milk increases diarrhoea try to give more of curd and banana to the child it will help in controlling lose motions what is water and zinc supplement
