#asktheexpert hello dr. my daughter is 7 month old and her bottom teeth come out and she is very irritable at this time.what should I do to reduce her irritability... thanks 😊

A. hello mam you can give cold silicon based teether to chew and massage the gums with clean cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to relieve the kid from teething irritation. .

A. Hi parent please give pre cool silicone teether for chewing please give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc please give daily massage and sun light exposure
