#AskTheExpert Hello Dr. My child gets angry frequently and slaps herself in anger. sometimes she lays her head on the wall as I scold her she shows anger toward me also. In my home, no one does like this. Please Dr tell me why she is doing this.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Usually, toddlers will hit someone else when they are angry, but sometimes they turn their frustration on themselves. Although this type of outburst isn't a common occurrence in children, when it does happen, it can be scary. However, that doesn't mean it's something to be overly concerned about.
