#asktheexpert my son get angry very frequently. his anger us so much high that even he harm himself. he is just 7 year old. I am worried how should I control his anger. even he wants to control but usually while playing he gets angry. please suggest the ways how I can control his anger.

A. Hi parent Please reduce the use of excess salt and sugar in her food. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered. Don't use RO water as it's demineralized . Give her curd , citrus fruits and baajra more.
