my 14 month daughter something hit herself and again hit her head on wall why?

It’s often do it sometimes when they’re having a discomfort which they are unable to express second sometime when teeth start to come in third could be that they want you to do something and you’re not doing so just to show it’s a duration behave like a normal scenario just have to deal with it with patience and distracting the child counselling child
