my baby bangs his head on wall every time he gets a chance and gets angry. does it indicates some deficiency?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl8 months agoA. Sometimes it’s a normal behaviour sometimes it is that your child wants something that’s why they behave so stubborn and sometimes yes it could be due to a nutritional deficiency but mostly that is very rare very very rare
