A. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months . child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age . just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.gt if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

A. hi is your child respond to his name ? is he make eye contact while talking ? if yes then as such no need to worry because each and every child is unique and so they grow at their own pace. just keep talking with your child more. sing rhymes, read stories with your child. but do not force your child.
