Generally baby's start walking 11-13 while few take time 13-17 months.
Include protein, calcium rich foods for Bones and muscle strength.
Milk, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer,dals, idly, ragi, fruits and vegetables (banana, apple, carrot, potato, beans), sweet potato,dry fruits powder,oats,Dalia,rice,sooji porridge.
Change recipes if baby doesn't like mashed rice with dal/curd offer rice porridge ,or roti with dal/curd or dal kichdi or stuffed roti soaked in dal any fruit and vegetables puriees, mashes, cerelac, Dalia kichdi with vegetables add ghee/cheese/butter in recipes.
