my baby birth weight 3 kg now he is 8 months weight is 6.3 kg it is normal?

Hello mom he is slightly low in his weight gain , as babies are expected to almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 and then triple by the age of 1 year . They can be given a mix of semi solid and soft consistency foods and prefer to increase the variety and quantity of the foods as well
